Had an excellent experience with Go Gizmo, Kolathur! I had an iPhone charging issue that had been troubling me for over a year, and finding a trustworthy place to get it checked felt risky. The team was friendly, professional, and honest. Really appreciate their customer-first approach. Highly recommended! 😊

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Outstanding Experience! One of the Best Mobile Service Centres in Chennai!
I had a wonderful experience at GoGizmo, Velachery, where I visited for a mobile screen adhesive replacement. Honestly, I went in expecting a regular service experience, but the overall quality of service, hospitality, ambience, and affordability genuinely exceeded my expectations!
What impressed me the most was their professionalism and attention to detail. The screen adhesive replacement was handled exceptionally well, and I really appreciate the care they took in providing quality service. The team was welcoming, courteous, and professional throughout the process, making the entire experience smooth and comfortable.
The ambience deserves special appreciation, too! The place is clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere that gives you confidence in their service. From customer reception to the actual repair, everything felt well-organised and customer-focused.
And the biggest surprise? The price! For the quality of service they provide, the cost was incredibly reasonable. It is genuinely difficult to find this combination of quality workmanship, excellent hospitality, a professional environment, and affordable pricing in one place.
What makes GoGizmo stand out is that they don't just provide a repair service; they make customers feel valued. That level of care and service deserves appreciation.
My verdict: Excellent service, wonderful hospitality, a great ambience, quality workmanship, and unbelievable value for money! 💯
If you're looking for a reliable place for mobile repairs in and around Velachery, I would definitely recommend giving GoGizmo a visit.
Keep up the fantastic work, GoGizmo team! You have earned a happy customer and my five-star rating. Wishing you continued success! 👏🌟

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this branch. The manager was rude, unprofessional, and completely uninterested in helping customers. They gave misleading information, wasted my time, and treated my concerns as if they didn't matter. Instead of resolving the issue, the manager showed no sense of responsibility or concern. The customer service was absolutely terrible, and there was no accountability for their mistakes. I would never recommend this branch to anyone. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay away from this place.

I recently visited velachery GoGizmo mobile showroom to buy a smartphone, and the entire experience was excellent! The staff were very friendly, polite and knowledgeable, taking time to understand what I needed and suggesting the right options without rushing me. The prices were competitive, often matching or beating online offers, and I even received a small free gift with my purchase — which was a nice bonus. The showroom had a wide range of models and accessories, and everything was neatly displayed and easy to browse. Overall, the service was fast and professional, and I left highly satisfied with my purchase. I’d definitely recommend GoGizmo to anyone looking for a reliable mobile store with great deals and helpful staff.

I recently purchased a Redmi Note 15 from GoGizmo, and I am extremely happy with my experience. The product quality is excellent, and the phone works perfectly with smooth performance, good battery life, and a great camera.

I recently tried GoGizmo’s accessories, and I’m genuinely impressed by the value it delivers for everyday users. From comfort to performance, this brand proves that quality tech doesn’t have to be expensive.
First, the design and comfort stand out — the earphones are lightweight, ergonomic, and perfect for long calls or music sessions. The sound quality is surprisingly good for the price range, with balanced mids and clear vocals, making online classes and podcasts sound great.
What I appreciate most is the battery life — especially in their neckband range — which easily lasts throughout the day without frequent charging. The accessories feel solid in hand and stylish enough to use daily.
GoGizmo has truly raised the bar for budget tech in India 🇮🇳. For anyone who wants reliable performance without burning a hole in the pocket, GoGizmo is an excellent choice. It’s affordable yet reliable, making it one of my favorite go-to brands for mobile accessories.

I visited this store yesterday and had a wonderful experience. The overall service was excellent and truly exceeded my expectations. Ameer and Thiru, the staff members, were extremely kind, polite, and professional throughout my visit.
Ameer guided me patiently through the entire exchange process and helped me purchase a new mobile. He explained everything clearly, handled all the necessary procedures smoothly, and provided extended support. His assistance was truly helpful and greatly appreciated. Thiru addressed all my queries with clarity and helped sort everything out in the best possible way.
Both of them ensured that I felt comfortable and confident with my purchase. Overall, it was a very smooth and satisfying experience at GoGizmo. I am extremely happy with the service.

Nice showroom with proper explanation about the product. We bought OPPO K13X 5G it showroom price was 16000 but I showed the online price with offer with my credit card which was 14500 the sales person (Michael) initially accepted for the online price and when invoicing he again swiped the showroom price of 16000 and billed me. I bought the phone to my electrician who is an uneducated person and bought for her daughter's study purposes came into the shop. I don't want to go without buying a mobile I purchased with the amount 16000. The sales person in the Go Gizmo Kolathur shop cheated me. This was the bad experience i felt. They cheated me directly

Recently bought my First Tablet - Samsung Galaxy S9 FE+ tablet from GoGizmo Tambaram outlet. I'm a Medical student and. The price they offer is very reasonable and affordable and comparitively less price compared to many showroom near this branch, other showrooms offer around 38K-40K but I bought it for 30K here in brand new condition with sealed box. They provide accessories(Tablet case+Temper glass) for free as complement which is a very good service though. The customer service person are so polite and friendly. I surely recommend anyone who is looking for tablets for studying purpose and for other to go check on the store for personal experience.
