How do I know my order has been confirmed?
Once your order is logged and payment authorization is received, GoGizmo confirms the order and initiates processing. You will receive an email containing your order details and be notified when the item(s) are shipped, along with tracking information available in your account.
What should I do if my order is approved but hasn’t been shipped yet?
Orders are typically shipped 1-2 business days before the delivery date to ensure timely arrival. If your order hasn’t shipped within this timeframe, please contact our Customer Support for assistance.
The delivery of my order is delayed. What should I do?
In case of a rare delay, please check your email and messages for updates. You will be provided with a new delivery timeframe, and you can track your order’s status on the shipping provider’s website.
Can I inspect the shipment before accepting it?
Per company policy, shipments cannot be opened before delivery. However, if you have concerns, you can accept the shipment and contact us within 24 hours. You can also create a video for proof before opening your package.
I missed the delivery of my order today. What should I do?
If you miss the delivery, the courier service will typically attempt delivery the next business day. Refer to your SMS for specific details on the next delivery attempt.
What do I do if I received the wrong product?
If you have not received the correct order, please raise a request in your account. You should document the received contents through photos or videos and send them to us. Our internal team will investigate and provide updates on the case. Please note that resolving such cases may take some time.
